JDL Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Bounce & Shatter mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, we use third-party services that may collect certain data:

• Google AdMob: We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.
• App Tracking Transparency: On iOS 14.5+, we ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites for ad personalization. You can decline this request, and we will show non-personalized ads instead.

2. Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• High scores and game progress
• In-app purchases (cosmetic items)
• Daily streak counter
• Prestige level
• App preferences (sound, haptics)

This data is not transmitted to any server and stays on your device.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases and a "Remove Ads" option processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

5. Rewarded Ads

The App offers optional rewarded video ads (e.g., "Watch an ad to continue playing"). These are entirely voluntary and not required to enjoy the App.

6. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. All game data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Decline ad tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt
• Reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
